It’s time to clean

Finally I got my long wished for steam cleaner after a few months of shopping around. Out of the box, the machine comes packed with a number of apparently good quality accessories. It's hard at first to know how to use them for a specific application, but their manual is well done and I even downloaded the Dupray mobile training app! The steam it produces is hot and dense, unlike many cheaper steamer on the market. I feel this is a high-end version of a home steam cleaner, and so far it is perfect for my needs. Steam cleans tiles and showers like no other cleaning method.

Excellent cleaner

The Dupray One steam cleaner performs better than I expected on many household surfaces and cleaning challenges. The adjustable steam output is powerful and runs for up to an hour of cleaning between fills, depending on the output level. I was particularly impressed with its ability to remove dry paint from a vinyl floor and how well it cleaned grout. You might as well buy a set of nylon and/or brass brushes with the unit as they do wear with use.

Removes stains quickly

We have grease stains on the entrance carpet and the steam lance took care of that in seconds! I just wish I had continuous refill so I wouldn’t have to stop between refills. Maybe I will consider upgrading to the one PLUS eventually. This is the best cleaning tool we've purchased in years and we plan on using it a lot. I will post a follow up review in a couple of months.

Best steam cleaner I have used to date

I started using steam cleaners in about 2009 and whilst they were an improvement on mop and buckets they all seemed lacking in one way or another. Not the One Steam Cleaner though. Had it about a month and I love it. Does a really great job on floors and recently I tested it at a friends house who has lots of tile grouting in her shower and it brought it up like new. Seems robust, some I have used in the past would have defects within a matter of weeks, just bad design faults.

Great steam cleaner

i just really love my One Dupray. its very nice to have it around the house and i can use it for a punch of applications. Brushes are not that durable, you'll probably need an extra pack.

Hell of a steam cleaner

This steam cleaner is great!! It easily removes grease and grime from kitchen equipment, that would take awhile and a lot of elbow grease to scrub off manually. The ONE plus is perfect to clean floors, at first I was afraid for my hardwood floors but the customer representative at Dupray told me to use a thick pad or cloth and less pressure. Wow it does really work well on oall floorings, specially tiles and grout lines. I love the versatility of this product, one unit can clean it all! From floors, to widows, to furniture, sinks, showers, toilets, matresses.....the list goes on... it's like an indoor power-washer but without the mess.

Just ordered one…very good!

This is not my first steam cleaner. I've own several other cheaper brands in the past, but this ONE is in another class. We have sand-coloured grout line almost everywhere in the house that became darker with time and dirt and the Dupray deep cleaned the lines back to their original color. I have not tried it on shower doors yet, but am curious to see if it will remove soap scum and hard water stains.

I can’t stop steaming

It takes time to learn how to use it and how to connect all the accessories but once you get it running boy it can clean! I bought it initially because we all suffer from allergies in my family, and sanitizing our new home was more than necessary. I"ve gotten up gunk and grime that I've been unable to scrub off previously using all sorts of different cleaning products. One of the only issue is that the detail brushes that comes with the unit will last only a few hour of scrubbing. I keep discovering new uses for the steam cleaner, for example I haven't found a quicker and better way to make my wedding ring shine! Great product!!!

Minor flaws but excellent product nonetheless

The Dupray ONE PLUS generates lots of sense hot steam and lasts a long time between fill ups. I dont think its meant to be banged around or for heavy commercial use but other than that, in my opinion it has been money well spent. A few minor flaws need to be addressed in the next version: a better system to wrap the cord around and a less noisy water pump. I love how you can simply fill it at anytime.

Love it.

VERY GOOD MACHINE, I think it saved us a lot of money because we had a serious bedbug problem and this machine was a key part of our extermination plan. We didn't want to spray harsh chemicals around our children and pets so we steamed and sanitized EVERYTHING in the apartment and repeated the process a week later. The machine is intuitive and convenient to use. We bought some additional cloths to go with the triangular tool, which we found was the only true useful tool for bed bug killing. So far the machine hasn't let us down and it saved us close to 1000$ in exterminator bills.

Perfect for me

Applications for this little black steam cleaner seem to be endless. All parts of this product feel solid and quality. My floors have never been cleaner! A+

I originally got this to kill bedbugs and exterminate their eggs after spending good money with exterminators. I took my time and sanitized my whole apartment with the Tosca steam cleaner and we have yet to see new bites after 4 months… I now use it all the time to wash floors

Awesome machine, great customer service

The tosca is a great steam cleaner to purchase. It is super useful around the house, especially on grout and porous tiles. I had never bought a steam cleaner before and I was very surprised with the results considering you only have to put water in it. Only problem is that it is a bit pricey but overall great machine!

This is the best steamer you can find for just under 1000$. Friends came over to try it and fought to borrow it! Works very well to blast dirt off grout. It will save you a ton of cleaning time. You can use it for: - Windows and screens - Patio furniture - Upholstery - Rugs - Around taps to remove mineral and dirt build up - Grout and tiles - Mattresses - Inside of the car - Stains - Floors - Oven and fridge - BBQ - Shower… etc etc Just don’t remember to do the boiler drain every 40-50 hours of use. It takes about 1min to do. Glad to see a good Canadian company backing up their product with strong customer service. Keep it up!

What a great product!

The Tosca steamer works wonderfully! It cuts through dirt and grime, and softens decades old gum so we can get it off of our (new to us) used theatre seats. This tool will be invaluable in the future!

Very impressive

I just bought a Dupray Tosca Steam Cleaner and I am quite impressed with the machine. In particular I have had great success with the steel wool pad. I am wondering where I can buy more steel wool pads. Thanks, Ken

Good for small business

I own a small ecological cleaning business. I couldn’t afford the more expensive models so I ordered this Tosca, which I was told would deliver good steam power. The staff at Dupray was very helpful and I got the machine only 3 days after ordering! I couldn’t be more happy that I bit the bullet and discovered the Power of Steam! It takes a few minutes to heat up, than produces good steam that cleans and sanitize floors, toilets, and carpets. I use the rectangular tool with a washable microfiber cloth to clean walls and ceilings without making a mess. I only wish it had a water indicator to help you refill it more precisely. The low water alarm is definitely a plus. Would buy again, thank you!

Pint-sized King of Steam

For a surprisingly compact machine, there is not much that this unit cannot handle around the home and car. Very quick to setup, warmup, and use. Truly delivers a cleanliness that is unrivaled. I do suggest proper hearing protection as you are dealing with pressure so there is associated noise. And you cannot be too cautious around steam so do not take it for granted and use it with respect. Cleaning action is quickened with the proper cleaning agent added to the mix, but solely using steam is not issue (it can just take a little longer). This has not been a purchase that either my wife or I regret. Enjoy!

dupray review

Our office bought this model used on ebay for general maintenance after we broke our old steamer. They didn’t have the budget for a new one and this one was about 2 years old. I can tell it is a good machine because it has over 600 hours on it! The accessories are still in pretty decent shape it seems. We use it to clean office chairs and disinfect the washrooms every week. We didn’t have the user manual but we called and Dupray sent us the pdf right away. it should come with some sort of training video for the accessories

Real commercial quality – worth the extra money

Amazing product right out of the box, it saw steady use since we received it. We hesitated between a few different brand and we chose Dupray because of their good reputation. My recommendation would be that if you plan on doing grout and tile cleaning like us, do yourself a favour and order a pack of extra nylon brushes. You WILL be very exited with all the things you can clean and you will wear them down eventually. The boiling water injection is a great feature for very dirty porous tiles or to detail any corner in the shower. Don’t try to use it at maximal pressure for too long tho, as it seems to drain the boiler.

This steamer definitely met all my expectations and more. I used it to clean my ceramic tile floors and the grout is finally clean. It did a great job on my windows and mirrors. Plus, its easy to use and the accessories are robust.

Wouldn’t work on cars without it

this injector steamer is a true workhorse: you can steam anything inside the car, from carpets to headliners. Here are a few suggestions: - Triangular tool with microfiber cloth on seats and ceiling (leather, suede or fabric) at low or medium pressure setting. Med-high pressure. - Detail lance on cup holders, stains, out of reach areas between the seats, central console, doors and more. I use a nylon detail brush for mud or calcium buildups. High pressure. - Large rectangular brush in the trunk carpet. It is just pure steam. Strongly recommended for professional car detailers.
